Transformers are much harder than they used to be
I made the foolish mistake last night of getting out some of my Binaltech Transformers when my flatmate was in the house.
Schoolboy error.
Naturally he dived on them and insisted on trying to Transform them. Now, back in the good old days of the 1980’s Transformers were easy to Transform. I could change Grimlock from Dinosaur to Robot in under two seconds, and could even do it with one hand. They were very simple things.
Transformers today, especially the Binaltech ones, are not so straight forward. In fact, they’re bloody hard.
The Transformer Paul tried to have a go at was Binaltech Ravage, a Dodge Viper. He failed miserably and even managed to break the bonnet off. Luckily it wasn’t a ‘break’ break, just a falling out of the hinge.
He gave up and handed the mangled mess of a Viper back to me for me to sort out myself. Sadly, as the car was in such a state and I don’t have the instructions… I too failed to return Ravage to his Dodge Viper state.
Where’s a 6 year old when you need one?
